Stanton Optical is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet patients, facilitate sales, and bridge retail with clinical services. You will schedule appointments, perform basic pre-tests, and help ensure accurate, timely eyeglass orders while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• You have an associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• You have 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• You can communicate effectively with a diverse group and demonstrate active listening and empathy.
• You are proactive, solve problems, and build rapport with patients and team members.
• You collaborate well and stay flexible in a fast-paced, store-front environment.
• You are driven by results and committed to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales while promoting available products and services.
• Foster strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, and perform pre-test activities as required.
• Assist management with patient complaints and ensure timely status updates.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping and accuracy of orders and deliveries.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure on-time completion of customer orders.
