You will greet customers, gather information, and support eye-care services with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. With a team-first mindset, you’ll help schedule visits, perform basic checks, and assist in ensuring orders are completed on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Demonstrated active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address potential patient concerns or objections.
• Collaborative spirit with the team and ability to build respectful relationships.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs for a smooth sales flow.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and clinical services teams to support patient care.
• Schedule appointments, collect patient history and perform pre-tests and basic eye exams per protocol.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with basic lab duties and lens edging for timely delivery.
• Ensure accurate order delivery and notify management of equipment or order issues.
