Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a patient-focused associate to greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through available promotions and services. You will help bridge our retail and clinical services teams to ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to product delivery.

With 2+ years of customer service experience, you will communicate effectively with a diverse audience, listen actively, and solve problems to keep patients satisfied while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school required.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Active listening, build rapport, and empathize with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in the system.
• Assist Management Team with patient complaint resolution.
• Ensure brand standards and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Execute simple customer repairs and edge stock lenses when needed.
