Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them appropriately.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments during check-in.
• Process check-in for scheduled and walk-in patients, including ID and insurance documentation.
• Support timely patient flow by monitoring schedules and reducing wait times.
• Conduct post-visit follow-up calls and assist with coordinating care and referrals.
• Maintain confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Order office supplies and support department workflow.
• Handle patient questions courteously and participate in team meetings.
