Job summary

Sanitas Healthcare of Texas PA is seeking a Patient Representative Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage pre-visit planning, check-in, check-out, and post-visit follow-up while protecting confidentiality and supporting efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.
• Advanced English required; bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred.
• Compassionate, empathetic and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them as needed.
• Perform check-in/check-out, verify insurance eligibility and copay amounts.
• Validate demographics, update contact information, and document pre-visit planning.
• Monitor schedules to minimize wait times and support efficient operations.
• Conduct post-visit follow-up calls and assist with referrals, labs, and imaging orders.
