Qualifications

• Able to handle escalations and resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments during pre-visit and check-in.
• Perform check-in and check-out processes, update visit status and records.
• Support follow-up communications and post-visit outreach.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with PHI/privacy regulations.
