• Perform check-in for scheduled and walk-in patients, verify identity and insurance, collect copays.
• Support timely patient flow by monitoring schedules and reducing wait times.
• Handle check-out with documentation, follow-up scheduling, and post-visit communications.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure PHI per privacy rules.
• Assist with billing processes and denials prevention where needed.
• Provide supplies and assist with general clinic operations.
• Participate in team meetings and support department goals.
