Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage front desk operations and workflows to ensure a positive and seamless patient experience.

Key responsibilities include accurate data entry, scheduling, and protecting patient privacy while delivering courteous, professional service under pressure. Training will follow hire as part of Clinic Core Front Desk program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service skills for interacting with patients and visitors.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in entering patient information.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure and complete training post-hire.
