Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, healthcare front desk, or retail).
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and confidentiality awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform check-in and check-out processes, verify appointments, and collect copayments.
• Validate insurance eligibility and designated PCP; update patient records.
• Follow up post-visit calls and address patient concerns to support service excellence.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
