Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Verify eligibility, collect copays, and update patient information.
• Perform check-in/check-out procedures and manage registrations.
• Coordinate with care teams to prepare for visits and follow up post-visit.
• Protect patient confidentiality and ensure PHI is secure at all times.
• Support scheduling, billing, and basic administrative tasks to maintain workflow.
