Qualifications

• Experience with patient check-in/check-out processes and front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Perform check-in/check-out, verify insurance eligibility, copays, and contact patients for scheduling or eligibility issues.
• Update patient demographics and ensure accurate, compliant records in the system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect PHI per privacy laws and policies.
• Conduct post-visit follow-up calls and support patient experience initiatives as needed.
