• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, healthcare front desk).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform pre-visit planning, verify insurance eligibility, and gather patient information.
• Handle check-in/check-out, collect copayments, and update patient records.
• Ensure timely patient flow by monitoring schedules and minimizing wait times.
• Conduct post-visit follow-up calls and document outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect PHI in all duties.
• Support billing processes to prevent claim denials and assist with documentation.
