You will support the patient journey from pre-visit planning through check-out and post-visit follow-up while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

You will interact with patients, staff, and leadership, contributing to efficient operations and service excellence in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or healthcare front desk).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.
• Ability to handle escalations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform check-in and verify appointments and insurance information.
• Collect copayments and update demographic data in the system.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with care teams.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and support patient experience initiatives.
