Sanitas is seeking a Patient Representative Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our Phoenix area Medical Center. You will support pre-visit planning, check-in/check-out, and post-visit follow-up while maintaining accurate records and ensuring privacy.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; strong customer service background.
• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (healthcare front desk preferred).
• Proven ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility, PCP, and copayments; update contact information.
• Perform check-in/check-out, collect payments, and document visit details in the system.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure PHI remains confidential.
• Support scheduling, post-visit follow-ups, and patient communications to improve satisfaction.
