• Monitor schedules to minimize wait times and improve patient satisfaction.
• Conduct post-visit follow-up calls and support service recovery as needed.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure PHI privacy per regulations.
• Assist with supplies and participate in team meetings to support operations.
