Job summary

Sanitas is expanding across the United States, and seeks a Patient Representative Coordinator to greet patients, verify pre-visit information, and guide them through registration and insurance steps at our Medical Center in Texas.

You will support schedules, check-in/out, follow-up calls, and ensure accurate records while safeguarding PHI. This role requires a patient-first attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (healthcare/fast-paced environment).
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Review scheduled appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and collect copayments.
• Perform check-in and check-out, update visit status and print forms.
• Follow up post-visit calls to ensure service recovery and satisfaction.
• Maintain confidential records and protect PHI in all tasks.
