Sanitas Medical Centers is seeking a Patient Representative Coordinator to welcome patients, manage pre-visit planning, and oversee check-in/check-out processes at our Sugar Land Medical Center. The role supports continuity of care through accurate records and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy standards.
• Proficient with scheduling, insurance verification, and medical record workflows.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors at the Medical Center in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform pre-visit planning, verify insurance eligibility, and confirm PCP and copay information.
• Execute check-in and check-out processes, collect copayments, and update patient demographics.
• Ensure timely patient flow by monitoring schedules and reducing wait times.
• Document visits, update notes, and coordinate tests, labs, imaging as required.
• Provide post-visit follow-up calls and gather patient feedback via surveys.
• Protect PHI, log off systems, and maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
• Maintain records and assist with supply ordering to support operations.
