Stanton Optical is hiring an energetic Doctor’s Technician to serve as the first touchpoint for patients and help bridge retail and clinical services. You will provide outstanding customer service, facilitate sales, and support efficient store operations.

The role emphasizes assisting with pre-tests, optics lab duties, and ensuring on-time order completion while upholding brand standards and delivering a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, building rapport, and empathy with patients.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and respectful teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient information, perform basic pre-tests and exams.
• Assist management with patient complaints and keep status updates for all jobs.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and assist with lab duties as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and accurate edge processing of lenses.
