Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite required.
• Professional phone etiquette essential.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by our communities is highly desirable.
• US work authorization required.
• Some college experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service setting strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Checking in patients and assisting with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information in the EMR system.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments in the EMR system.
• Managing phone lines and outbound calls as instructed.
• Handling faxes in the electronic fax platform.
• Keeping Welcome and Community Room areas clean.
• Occasional rotation to other centers in the region.
