You’ll manage phone calls, schedule visits, and collaborate with the Practice Manager and service team. A flexible, friendly approach is essential for working with diverse patient communities.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette is required.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities served is preferred where necessary.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Checking in patients and assisting with forms.
• Collecting co-pays and updating patient information in the EMR.
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments in the EMR.
• Managing phone lines and handling outbound calls.
