Oak Street Health is seeking a Welcome Coordinator to greet patients and guests and to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience across center operations. You will handle check-in, forms, co-pays, and updating EMR data while coordinating appointment schedules and phone activity.

This role emphasizes flexibility, empathy, and a collaborative mindset as you support daily administrative workflows and occasionally float to other centers in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new skills
• US work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests
• Check-in and assist with forms
• Collect co-pays
• Update patient information in the EMR
• Schedule/reschedule appointments in the EMR
• Answer and route calls; outbound calls as needed
• Manage faxes in the EMR fax platform
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome and Community Rooms
• Occasional travel to other centers in the region
