Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Patient Representative Coordinator to be the first contact for patients and visitors at the Surprise, AZ location. You will support pre-visit planning, check-in, check-out, and post-visit follow-up while safeguarding confidentiality and records.

The role requires 1-3 years in customer-facing roles, advanced English proficiency, and a focus on service excellence. On-site work with up to 5% travel is expected in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or healthcare front desk).
• Advanced English is required; bilingual Spanish or Creole is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors to the Medical Center in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform check-in and post-visit follow-up while maintaining accurate records and protecting PHI.
• Ensure timely patient flow by monitoring schedules and minimizing wait times.
• Collect copayments, verify insurance eligibility, and update patient information as needed.
• Follow privacy, security, and organizational standards in all patient interactions.
