Confluent Health LLC is seeking a Care Coordinator to be the welcoming first contact for patients and visitors in our Oregon clinics. This fast-paced front desk role emphasizes organization, warmth, and professional communication from the first call through every visit.

You will handle check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and patient communications; review referrals and maintain accurate records; keep patient flow moving by managing appointments and waitlists;

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone and with patients.

Mansioni

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referrals.
• Handle front desk operations: check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and calls.
• Review and schedule referrals, update patient records, explain next steps to patients.
• Keep patient flow moving: confirm appointments, manage waitlists, and follow up on visits.
• Collect copays, balances, and payments professionally; basic reconciliation when needed.
• Protect HIPAA privacy in all interactions and documentation.
