Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a Care Coordinator for our Washington Heights location. This role focuses on welcoming patients, managing appointment flow, and guiding patients through an out-of-network experience with a commitment to 5-star service.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. A BA/BS degree is preferred but not required, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while managing appointment flow.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative team environment.
