Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our 70 Pine St clinic in the Financial District. The Care Coordinator will welcome patients, respond to calls and emails promptly, and guide patients through the out-of-network experience with 5-star service.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience required.
• Welcoming, hospitable and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet every patient warmly.
• Deliver 5-star customer service to support a collaborative clinic environment.
