Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Upper East Side location. You will greet patients, answer calls and emails promptly, and guide patients through our out-of-network experience while maintaining a welcoming, 5-star service standard.

Collaborative team culture, attention to detail, and a patient-first approach are essential as you help manage appointment flow and deliver exceptional care in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24hours.
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile.
• Execute 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative environment.
• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while also controlling appointment flow.
