Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Downtown Brooklyn-City Point clinic. You will welcome patients, respond to calls and emails promptly, and guide patients through our out-of-network experience with a smile and 5-star service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet them in the clinic.
• Execute 5-star customer service and collaborate with the team to ensure care.
• Maintain attention to detail and contribute to a supportive clinic environment.
