Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
• Greet all patients and deliver 5-star customer service.
• Foster a collaborative spirit within the team to ensure patient care needs are met.
