Oak Street Health is seeking a Welcome Coordinator to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for patients. You will help with check-ins, form completion, and scheduling while supporting a high-touch patient experience.

Responsibilities include managing calls, updating records in the EMR, collecting co-pays, and maintaining the Welcome/Community Rooms. This full-time role may involve occasional cross-center travel; strong language and computer skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and Google Suite proficiency.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
• US work authorization; multilingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests; assist with visit check-in.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information in the EMR.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments; manage phone lines.
• Maintain the cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas.
• May float to other centers in the region on occasion.
