• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities we serve (where necessary).
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments.
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Handle fax and mail distribution.
• Provide high-touch assistance to patients and guests daily.
