Job summary

You will support accurate medical records, scans, and updates in the patient system, aiming to ensure a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, organize, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients courteously and serves as the initial contact.
• Schedules appointments and registers patients; coordinates referrals.
