Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience.
• Proven customer service experience in healthcare or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and coordinate check-in procedures to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays and post Time‑of‑Service payments.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and process test requisitions as applicable.
• Provide telephone triage and relay messages, ensuring timely responses.
