Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a positive experience while supporting efficient office operations and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, verifying registration and insurance, scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling payments, and supporting MyChart and day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; may include work permit for ages 15–17 from high school.
• No certifications required.

Aufgaben

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check patients in and verify registration and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
• Collect payments and support accurate billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications, paperwork, and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day office operations.
• Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
