Job summary

MyEyeDr. in Colorado is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage our front desk during check-in/out and provide a personalized patient experience. You will learn about insurance details and support appointment confirmations in a fast-paced ophthalmic practice.

Some weekend and evening shifts are required, and training will be provided to learn the industry and deliver best-in-class vision care to patients.

Qualifications

• Front desk/front office experience helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and reliable with attention to detail.
• Team player with a patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized front desk experiences during check-in/out.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check-in.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach.
• Handle multiple phone lines, greet patients, and support office staff.
• Learn roles across office support as needed.
