Trinity Health is seeking a Front Office Representative in Fresno, CA, for a full-time, day-shift role. The incumbent serves as the first contact for patients, delivering courteous, accurate information and coordinating with clinical and service staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Required: high school diploma; CPR card; 2 years front office experience preferred; strong computer skills with medical systems; ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two (2) years of prior experience as a health care front office assistant/receptionist is preferred.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and flexibility is required.
• Strong computer skills with experience and proficiency with medical systems is required.
• Ability to operate general office business machines (e.g., fax, copiers, etc.) is required.
• Strong multi-tasking, planning, organization skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team is required.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting to the Practice Manager, this position is the first point of contact and creates the first impression of the medical office.
• The Front Office Representative is an expert at providing excellent customer services via phone and in person.
• This position is a crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by clinical and service staff.
