Job summary

Sante Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Front Desk Receptionist for Central Valley Women's Health Associates in the Fresno, CA area. The role greets patients, answers phones, schedules appointments, and updates patient information while maintaining a friendly, efficient front desk presence.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of medical office experience, with Epic and NextGen experience considered a plus and OB/GYN exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a medical office setting.
• Knowledge of computer and business office procedures.
• Pleasant attitude and strong relationship skills with patients, staff and public.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and callers in a professional manner and respond to routine information requests.
• Identify caller and determine purpose of the call.
• Direct callers to appropriate departments or staff.
• Coordinate and reschedule patient appointments.
• Check patients in and update patient information in the system.
• Process payments and issue receipts as required.
