Job summary

Manor is seeking a friendly Client Concierge to be the face of the practice, greeting patients and delivering exceptional service. You will manage scheduling, handle inquiries, process payments, and keep the front area organized to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced medical front office setting. Zenoti experience is a bonus; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or medical front office preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and office systems; Zenoti experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm, welcoming demeanor and set a positive tone for their visit.
• Manage and adjust patient appointments to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries, directing to the appropriate team member as needed.
• Process payments and explain billing in a clear, patient-friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby, break room, and product areas.
• Support the Practice Manager with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
