Job summary

Mercy is hiring a Patient Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage front desk operations, scheduling, and workflows to ensure a positive, seamless patient experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and computer skills, and a customer-service mindset. Prior medical office exposure is preferred, and you will complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Willingness to train post-hire on clinic front desk processes.
