Job summary

VSI is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our Reston office. The role focuses on creating exceptional patient experiences, greeting patients, managing appointments, and processing payments with accuracy.

This full-time position runs 8am–5pm Monday–Friday, offers full benefits, a 401(k) match, and three weeks of paid time off. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, team players, and compassionate in patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college and/or have 3–5 years of reception or administrative assistant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
• EMR experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm welcome in person or on the phone.
• Explain processes and paperwork to patients and guide check-in/check-out.
• Schedule appointments and confirm them with patients.
• Maintain secure, accurate electronic records and files.
