Rehab Associates of Central Virginia is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to ensure a smooth flow of patients from check-in through treatment to check-out. You will be the primary contact for non-clinical services, delivering a warm, professional experience in a busy outpatient clinic.

The role involves coordinating care, verifying information, maintaining EMR charts, handling payments, and supporting gym-area tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service.
• Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Verifying current personal and financial information.
• Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments.
• Faxing, filing, and performing other duties as assigned.
• Duties in gym area, assisting patients, laundry, and equipment cleaning.
