Responsibilities

• Greets families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answers patient/family questions and seeks guidance when needed.
• Maintains HIPAA privacy and confidentiality of patient accounts.
• Registers patients and updates demographics, insurance, and financial info.
• Manages documents and correspondence, organizing and storing properly.
• Performs opening and closing duties, including stocking and cleaning.
• Coordinates with site leadership to resolve urgent issues and improve workflows.
