Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answers patient/family questions to the best of your ability.
• Accesses empathy and active listening in difficult situations.
• Monitors patient flow during waiting and registration processes.
• Registers patients and maintains accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Performs opening and closing duties and handles documents with care.
