Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; or 1-year college/technical certificate.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• CPR certification must be current or obtained within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors to create a welcoming environment.
• Direct patients to the appropriate location as needed.
• Use EMR/EDR systems to capture demographics and schedule services.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations as required.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the right personnel.
