Job summary

Northwestern Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support front-desk operations in our care network, delivering courteous, accurate service to patients and guests.

You will check patients in and out, collect co-payments, post payments, and ensure registrations and demographics are up to date while maintaining compliance with policies and standards. Previous healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests, confirms identity and appointment details.
• Performs check-in and check-out functions as directed.
• Collects co-payments, posts payments, and closes the cash drawer.
• Maintains accurate patient registrations and demographics; assists as needed.
