Job summary

This role requires IL LPN/EMT or CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA licensure, BLS certification, and 0–2 years in customer service or healthcare settings. Strong computer and office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Current licensure in IL: LPN or EMT or CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA.
• AHA BLS/CPR certification required.
• Zero to two years in customer service or related field.
• Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals and greet patients.
• Escort patients and liaise with departments/physician offices.
• Adjust patient schedules to minimize delays and ensure timely arrivals.
• Prepare requisitions and collect medical reports and billing statements.
• Educate patients on protocol and testing information.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and administer injections if needed.
