Job summary

Tennessee Cancer Specialists is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support patients through check-in and check-out, ensuring a positive, consistent experience from the moment they arrive. This role is based in our Powell, TN clinics and requires strong organization and patient-centered service.

You will manage copays, communicate with clinical staff, and help schedule appointments while navigating EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• At least one year of experience in a similar medical clinic position.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out to ensure a positive experience.
• Collect copays and patient balances and provide receipts.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to schedule appointments.
• Navigate EMR and medical office technology.
• Keep lobby and desk area tidy and organized.
