You will work onsite, handling check-ins, scheduling, and payments in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct all patients, visitors, and staff; monitor reception areas and provide assistance.
• Verify information and assist with patient questionnaires and forms.
• Print daily schedules and prepare appointment information.
• Attend to walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries; manage prescription/record pickup.
• Disseminate information via telephone or computer systems; update charts for next day.
