Job summary

US Eye is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our Naples, FL team. You will be the first and last point of contact for patients, handling check-in, scheduling, and inquiries with a focus on service excellence.

Role requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, onsite, with comprehensive benefits and travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to patient requests positively.
• Associate’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff upon entry.
• Verify information and assist with patient questionnaires.
• Print daily schedules for staff and physicians.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and appointment/ prescription pickups.
• Disseminate information using phone and computer systems as needed.
• Update charts and appointment schedules for following day.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Complete appointment confirmations.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances during checkout.
• Complete required reports and forms.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
