US Eye, a physician-led network of eye care practices, is seeking a Patient Care Representative in Naples, FL. You will be the first and last point of contact for patients, ensuring a friendly, professional experience.

The role involves greeting patients, verifying information, managing schedules, handling payments, and performing various administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Must be able to work under pressure and respond to patient requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff; monitor reception areas.
• Verify information and assist with questionnaires and forms at check-in.
• Print daily schedules for team/physician.
• Assist with walk-in patients and scheduling inquiries.
• Disseminate information using phone systems and computer software.
• Update next-day charts based on appointment schedules.
• Maintain an orderly, safe workspace for patients and staff.
• Complete appointment confirmation calls.
• Collect co-pays and any balances at check-out.
• Fill out essential reports and forms; perform additional admin tasks as needed.
