Job summary

Claremedica Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Concierge to be the first point of contact for patients and to support the front office operations of our clinic. You will greet patients, assist with registrations, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth daily workflow.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and experience in a medical setting. You may also assist with insurance information and copay collection while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage patient check-in/out and scheduling.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance basics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel locally up to 10%.
